River Stone Vessel Sink – RSC-074

Designed for above-counter installation, this sink keeps its exterior visible rather than concealing it beneath the countertop. Pair it with a wood vanity for a warm, natural combination, or use a simpler countertop to give the stone a prominent place in the room.

Natural Stone Character

A river stone vessel sink introduces variation in texture and outline that becomes part of the bathroom’s appearance. The natural exterior offers a tactile contrast to cabinetry, mirrors, and metal fixtures. Review the photographs and video of RSC-074 when deciding how this particular piece will work with your space.

The approximately 19-by-14.5-inch exterior footprint provides a starting point for planning your vanity layout. These measurements describe the outside of the stone, rather than the dimensions or depth of the usable basin. Leave additional countertop space where you need room for everyday bathroom items.

Above-Counter Vanity Design

With vessel installation, the sink sits above the countertop and its approximately 6-inch exterior height contributes to the overall finished height. Consider both the cabinet and countertop when planning a comfortable installation. A suitable vanity height helps the sink fit naturally into your daily routine.

Natural wood can complement the river stone exterior, while a restrained countertop pattern can keep attention on the sink. Choose surrounding materials according to your preferred appearance and their suitability for bathroom use. Protect any wood surface with an appropriate finish and maintain it according to the finish manufacturer’s guidance.

Faucet & Drain Planning

Select a faucet with suitable height and reach for the sink’s final position. Consider where the water will enter the basin and allow enough clearance for comfortable handwashing. Plan the faucet location together with the sink rather than treating the two as separate decisions.

Confirm drain compatibility before purchasing plumbing components or cutting the countertop. Your installer should check the actual drain opening, the stone thickness around it, and the connection requirements of the selected drain. Use the physical sink as the reference for final measurements and installation details.

Support & Installation

At approximately 51 pounds before packaging, RSC-074 requires a countertop and cabinet that can support the installed sink securely. Plan access to the vanity and protect surrounding surfaces while moving the stone into place. Arrange appropriate help for lifting and positioning.

Have your installer check the contact area, countertop opening, plumbing alignment, and suitable sealing method. Final cuts should be based on the actual sink and selected fittings. The listed exterior dimensions are approximate and should not be used as a cutting template.

Everyday Care

Clean gently with a soft cloth and a cleaner suitable for natural stone. Avoid abrasive pads and acidic or aggressive cleaning products. Rinse away residue and wipe up standing water around the sink to help care for the surrounding countertop.
